Terms and Conditions

Payments and Cancellations:

Depending on the event we require either full payment at the time of your booking or a deposit. Once your full payment/deposit is received your place is secured.​ 

 

All deposits are non refundable.

The full payment needs to be made at least 14 days prior to the private or public retreat. In case of cancellation on your behalf within 14 days of the beginning of the event we ask that you honor paying the full amount of the event fee, as at this point it will be difficult for us to fill your space.

In case of cancelation from our side (ALUNA) we will refund the full amount of your payment. All other investments that you have made on your behalf (e.g.transportation costs) are your own responisibility and liability. 

In case you have to cancel your private breath session with us we ask you to inform us 24 hours prior to the session. If not, we ask that you to honor paying the full amount of the private session, as at this point it will be difficult for us to fill your space.

You can make your payment through Venmo or with a personal check
